A few years ago I decided to get my rings resized so I could once again wear them. I had contacted a few other jewelry stores, but was not comfortable taking my rings to them. Then a friend of mine suggested Schoenborn's Jewelry in Kiel. As soon as I walked into the store, I knew my rings were in good hands. Bob explained exactly how the process worked, gave me a very reasonable price and a timeframe to expect the job to be completed. My rings were done ahead of time, cleaned, and looked like brand new!

My next visit was to design an anniversary ring to attach to my wedding ring. Again, Bob willingly worked with me on the design, quoted a price, stuck to it, and had it completed early. It is magnificent!!

I recently purchased a birthstone ring with baguette diamonds. They worked with me to find the exact setting I had in mind, again, quoted a reasonable price and called me ahead of the anticipated time of completion. The quality of the stones is amazing. It is the most beautiful ring I've ever seen!

In an age where customer service is rare, Bob and his staff make excellence in customer service and honesty just a normal, everyday part of their business. The first thing that brought me to this jeweler was the convenience of location...I wish it were more than that but it wasn't.

It has been over 15 years and over 10 years since I have been able to wear my wedding ring! After being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and my hands becoming so inflamed I never took the time to have my ring sized. Walking into the store was like a breath of fresh air. Without a doubt, the friendliness and attention to detail will keep me coming back. Not only was it my ring back on my finger where it belongs, it is more beautiful to me than ever! It is like getting married all over again. The goal was to have it ready by my husband and my 27th wedding anniversary and it was. When I arrived home with it on it actually brought tears to my husband's eyes. You see, he didn't know I had taken it to get sized so it was a complete surprise. When I told him where I had gone and that Bob took the time to call me after taking a look at the ring and suggested a new head so the diamond would be more secure, my husband was thrilled. He and I both felt this was taking that extra step to create a very satisfied customer. We both decided that this was the best anniversary gift for BOTH of us.
